The goodness in new Duck & Rice Kibble Cooked in one of the most advanced extrusion machines in all of Europe, like all our other foods, Duck & Rice Kibble is made from a carefully blended recipe of delicious duck, nourishing brown and pearl rice, and energy-packed organic oats. We add linseed, a rich source of the fatty acids which are essential for a healthy, glossy coat. Plus alfalfa and seaweed, high in the anti-oxidant vitamins and mineral believed to be vital for long term health. We also include extracts of yucca and chicory to improve digestion, encourage beneficial intestinal bacteria, and to help your dog absorb maximum nourishment from the food. Surprisingly, many other dog food brands actually contain ingredients that can directly provoke allergies in dogs, with symptoms like loose digestion and skin irritation. The main culprit ingredients are beef, pork, wheat, wheat gluten and dairy products. James Wellbeloved insists on not using these ingredients, so that your dog can avoid the allergies. We also make our food with no added BHA, BHT or Ethoxyquin (these are synthetic anti-oxidants), but we use only natural vitamin E and vitamin C to keep our Duck & Rice in perfect condition. James Wellbeloved is a British pet food company which was founded in 1992. The founders were aware that lots of dogs were suffering from food allergies and intolerances. They thought these were caused by ingredients in the food that they were being fed. They were determined to produce a natural, hypo-allergenic range of dog foods.
