Bakers Complete Puppy/Junior is growing up food: rich in protein to help build healthy muscles, tissue and organs: bursting with energy to keep them full of bounce as they explore the world.
Puppies have smaller mouths too, so Bakers Complete Puppy/Junior is made with smaller kibbles to make it easier to chew and release all that tasty goodness. We've also packed in an extra helping of scrummy moist mini-beef meaty morsels, to maximise the yumminess and encourage a healthy appetite.
During pregnancy and nursing, mums can also benefit from the extra nutrition and calories in Bakers Complete Puppy/Junior - after all, they're eating for two!

Cereals, Meat and animal derivatives (minimum 4% beef and minimum 4% fresh meat in the soft moist kernel), Vegetable protein extracts, Oils and fats, Various Sugars, Derivatives of vegetable origin (1.1% charcoal in the dark brown kernel), Minerals, Yeasts, Vegetables (minimum 4% vegetables in the green kernel). Contains EC permitted colourants, antioxidants and preservatives.

One half pint mug holds approximately 100g of Bakers Complete Puppy/Junior Food. The daily amount of Bakers Complete Puppy/Junior Food should be given as 4 meals at 6 weeks, 3-4 meals at 3 months and 1-2 meals at 12 months or adulthood. puppies less than 3 months of age can be fed wet food or moistened dry food. To moisten dry dog food, soak the food in tepid water for half an hour and mix until it forms a porridge-like consistency. after 3 months, moistening can be gradually reduced.
As all dogs grow and mature at different rates, depending on breed and also their individual metabolism, their nutritional requirements will vary. Small breeds mature at 12-18 months of age, while giant breeds may not mature until 24 months.
This feeding guide must be used flexibly in order to provide the ideal diet for an active and not over-plump young dog.
