Shipping Information
Postage and packing costs are a maximum of £7.00 per 25kg with a maximum postage of £47.00 + VAT for 1000kgs within the GB mainland. Although some outlying areas may incur a surcharge on carriage at the £47.00 rate, contact us for further details.
The delivery charge is calculated automatically for each individual item.The total delivery charge for your specific order is shown when you proceed to the checkout page. The delivery charge is calculated for each individual item rather than per kg. Our orders are delivered to you via City Link and DHL Couriers. Please note that small items weighing less than .5 kg will be sent parcel post at cost. Orders placed from the following postcodes will also have a surcharge added to the cost of shipment due to the higher prices we have to pay our couriers to deliver in these areas. Even items that are free delivery will have a surcharge added. Please contact us on 01582 839114 for the exact surcharge for your area. * AB31 - 38, AB41 - 45, AB51 - 56. Sorry but we are unable to deliver to Jersey and Guernsey at the present time.
Any shortages or discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. At G J W Titmuss Ltd we pride ourselves on our delivery service and aim to despatch all orders on the working day after they are received by us. Orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched on the next working day. Our delivery service ensures that all orders should be delivered within 48 hours of despatch. Please Note: deliveries are made Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm , excluding Bank Holidays. PLEASE NOTE IF THERE IS A CHANCE YOU MAY BE OUT IN THE PROCEEDING 72 HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER, PLEASE LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARCEL TO BE LEFT AT AN ALTERNATIVE ADDRESS OR SOMEWHERE SECURE AT YOUR DELIVERY ADDRESS. THIS WILL ENABLE THE PARCEL TO BE LEFT IF YOU ARE OUT AND MISS THE COURIER.
