The thin skinned Black sunflower seeds are packed with oil (approx 40%) and protein, making them an ideal source of energy and heat for birds. A highly economical year round alternative to peanuts. Ideally fed in a seed feeder, however it can be fed on the ground or on a table.

Happy with this product. Good value even with postage & seems to attract lots of Tits & Finches.

Not as popular with the birds as the sunflower hearts but cheaper, so would purchase again. The quality of the seed is the same as other top suppliers.
